The 6th Bebington Scout
Group was established in 1945, and has met in various places around Bromborough
and Eastham, towns near the Merseyside/Cheshire boarder on the Wirral
Peninsula. In 1977 the group turned into a Sea Scout Group, and has specialised
in nautical activities ever since.
The Group is open to both Boys and Girls - and was the first group to do so in
the area. It consists of three sections - Beavers (ages 6 - 8), Cubs (ages 8 -
10) and Scouts (ages 10 - 14). The parents and leaders come together and form
the Group Executive Committee, which looks after the Group's HQ.
